Prices quoted are exclusive of all
taxes, and all orders accepted will be with the understanding that
our prices prevailing at the time of delivery will apply.

Payment terms

NET 30 DAYS - From date of invoice.

Interest @ 2% per month (24% per annum)
will be charged on overdue accounts.

CAD$30 will be charged on returned or bounced checks.
Delivery terms

Freight Prepaid on initial orders exceeding CAD$500
net (in most Greater Vancouver area).

Freight Prepaid on repeat orders exceeding CAD$100 net
(in most Greater Vancouver area).

All orders under minimum are accepted
with the under-standing that freight charges apply.

All orders from outside of the Greater Vancouver Area are accepted
with the understanding that freight charges apply.
Back Orders
-
Back orders will be shipped within a reasonable
period of time as
inventory becomes available, ,
unless advised by customer, upon receipt of a related order,
to have back orders canceled.
Returns and Claims
-
All returns must have prior approval, or
will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return freight and a
15% restocking charge will apply to all returns.

Products will not be accepted for return
after 30 days, from date of shipment.

All items purchased as "Clear out or
Specials" are not eligible for return.

The receiver must report all damages or
shortages within 48 hours from receipt of goods.
